Where It Started

Health and nutrition was always a big part of my life. But it wasn’t until I had a few health issues back in 2011 that weren’t being resolved with doctor’s visits and prescription medicine that I became obsessed with it.

Going Plant Based became the pillar of my day to day life.

I look and feel the best I’ve ever felt and learned how to incorporate this lifestyle in achieving both my health and fitness goals.

What I Discovered

Going plant based definitely has its challenges, especially if it’s completely new to you and you have certain health, weight loss and fitness goals you’re aiming for.

There actually is a wrong way of going about it that can take your health in a completely different direction.

After countless articles and books that I’ve read and trial and error in the kitchen, I discovered what works best for me and my goals.

I’ve found systems and nutritional supplementation a key part when it comes to your health and fitness.

It’s not just about looking good, but feeling your best too.

A lot of what’s important is replenishing those key nutrients that your body craves.  Life gets crazy and we’re all pretty busy trying to get through the day to day.

We need something that’s quick, convenient, healthy and nutritious.

A Few Fun Facts...

  1) I played the violin for nine years.

  2) I've lived in several different places including Orlando, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Boston, as well as a very short stint overseas in Lisbon.  

   3) I had my own house flipping business.

  4) Both of my parents were born and raised on an Island of Portugal called the Azores

  5) I'm originally from the smallest state in the country, Rhode Island.

  6) My second degree is in art and I worked as an illustrator and traditional animator.
